Mary's quilts are all about the fabrics, not the quilting. I SID around the stars to make them pop, quilting wavy ribbon-like designs from the stars, and quilted continuous curves in the triangles. Simple pattern, but very time consuming because of the ruler work.

Love that quilt! Both the pieced design and the quilting.
I like what you did with the quilting. Sometimes simple is the hardest to do in both the design process and the quilting process itself.
